You will not be charged for any part of the visit or screening done during the assessment. Your Humana plan includes one assessment per year. The assessment is not meant to replace an annual wellness visit with your provider and it does not affect your plan rates or benefits. Any follow-up appointments, tests, diagnostic screenings to receive more definitive health information or repeated screenings beyond those covered annually may incur additional costs. Please review your plan for further details.
