  • A Bone Mineral Density test measures how much calcium and minerals are in an area of your bones
  • The test is a non-invasive quick Xray
  • The test takes 15 minutes and minimal preparation is needed
  • BMD tests are typically recommended for women aged 50 and older1, and for younger women at higher risk of fractures
